Cary Kletter has been a real estate broker for more than 24 years. He began his real estate career in New York City and moved to California in 2001. Once he discovered surfing he never looked back. Cary has represented buyers and sellers in commercial syndication, multi-unit commercial, and residential projects and has a wide range of experience in property management, project analysis, leasing, and renovation. As a practicing real estate attorney, Cary is also well versed in CA real estate laws and regulations.
Sidharth Dhunna
Sidharth Dhunna has had a passion for real estate since he was a kid living overseas. As an adult he is blessed with the opportunity to help others realize their real estate goals. Sidharth has experience in real estate sales, leasing, and several years of experience in real estate accounting & finance. He is a Certified Management Accountant and is a CA licensed realtor. A pioneer and go-getter, Sidharth strives for excellence and perfection in everything he sets out to do. His goal is to exceed clients’ expectations by ensuring a smooth process from first contact through closing.
